leaf="">从此公司就停止了运营。公司负责人违法参与了民间借贷，并在2019年向当地老百姓先后融资1600万、1300万。2020年，在民间融资机构业务许可证有效期届满，其未取得延期许可情况下，继续进行民间融资登记服务业务，非法吸收公众存款5.7亿余元。然后实控人冯元士就被蓬莱区经侦大队正式以“非法吸收公众存款”立案调查。</span></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 你看到的只是表面。

这里面就是我说的企业家的不容易。

他如果是纯粹的集资骗钱，干嘛要盖上亿的大楼呢？十分不利于变现跑路。

自己从中赚了十几年牢狱，还有啥获益？
